Needs improvement

It offered us excellent location just next door to mini golf course, a nice park, mini golf course, and Kronberg's Old Town & many restaurants.

Pity, but the beds were not comfortable.

The setting is magnificent and lovely, close enough to the nearest restaurants, the large garden area, and the beautiful park in a lovely area. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 35 minutes...

I came here for 3 nights and had a very very good stay. The hotel property was exceptionally comfortable with good location next to charming Kronberg and Kronberg's Old Town & many restaurants and a lake. Booked a room with amazing views onto the garden. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV too

Very quiet, free parking, complimentary (large) bottle of sparkling mineral water.

A bit pricey, particularly considering that breakfast was not included which is uncommon in Germany. Pricey breakfast if you wanted to have it (which I correspondingly did not). A bit of mold was starting to build up on the edges of the bathtub and the water didn't drain well from it, however, other than that, very clean.

I did not enjoy my stay here.

Do not stay here. PM receptionist had a bad attitude and was not helpful at all. When traveling, you rely on front desk help for information. Our receptionist gave us no information, bad information, and acted like all questions were a bother to her. Hotel is overpriced. Breakfast is ridiculously expensive. Poor location, Not in Old Town, 10 minutes away.

Very welcoming to both us and our dog. They even provided a bed and pillow for our little dog with treats on her pillow, fantastic! Can't fault it, clean, quiet and a great little hotel for the price!
